For more than a century, the American Red Cross has been saving lives with health and safety education programs. You, too, need to be prepared to respond in the event of an emergency…and Red Cross training is a great way to gain the knowledge and skills you may need to save yourself, and others. Each year, more than 46,000 Utah's participate in one or more Red Cross education programs. Click on any of the links below to learn how you can join them. Aquatics Programs: Learn to swim, become a lifeguard or ensure the safety of your local pool. Scout and Babysitter's Training: Youth programs are designed to help youth learn to make informed decisions. First Aid, CPR & AED Training: Basic emergency and life-saving training that every individual should know, including how to use an automated external defibrillator.
